Life is not as it's supposed to be. It is what it is.
The way you cope with it that makes the difference.
Virginia Satir
Welcome
As a systemic therapist and lecturer, I combine therapeutic work with teaching and sharing my professional knowledge - supporting individuals, couples and families as well as offering seminars for professionals.
For over 20 years, I have accompanied people through both small and profound life crises. I work with people facing challenging life situations - whether due to significant crises, recurring relationship patterns or experiences that continue to affect their everyday lives and sense of self.
A particular focus of my work is the mental health of mothers and families, emotional and psychological challenges around pregnancy, birth and becoming a parent, as well as supporting people who have experienced sexual violence. Working therapeutically with couples and families is also an important part of my practice.
For me, it is essential to approach every individual story with respect, openness and without judgement. I offer a safe, supportive and resource-oriented space in which change can become possible and people can reconnect with themselves, their needs and their own capacity for action.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I teach seminars for professionals on topics including attachment, communication, emotional development, mental health and systemic practice. I work in both German and English.
