As a systemic therapist and lecturer, I offer seminars and professional training for practitioners, teams and institutions. I combine scientifically grounded knowledge with my extensive practical experience of working with individuals, couples and families.

I teach as part of the professional training of future systemic counsellors and therapists and provide seminars for a range of institutions, including Schatten & Licht e. V. A particular focus of this work is the mental health of women, mothers and families during pregnancy, around birth and in the transition to parenthood.

Other areas I teach include systemic therapy and counselling, trauma and trauma-informed practice, sexual violence and the therapeutic treatment of sexual trauma, attachment and emotional development, communication and relationships, as well as neurodiversity and neurodivergent-sensitive practice.

My teaching is scientifically grounded, practice-oriented and varied. I combine theoretical input with case examples, practical exercises, reflection and discussion. Creating an open learning environment is important to me - one in which complex topics can be explored in depth and there is space for questions, different perspectives and professional exchange.

I offer seminars and training in person, live online or as recorded video formats. Content and format can be tailored to the specific needs of your institution, team or professional audience.
